On 29.09.2010 the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants performed the official uniform certification of accommodation facilities in the Hotel Imperial for the period of 2010 - 2012. The Hotel Imperial was classified as Hotel **** Superior.
The classification system alone comprises a total of 270 evaluation criteria that resulted from surveys of hotel guests` expectations and market needs. The system is based on compulsory criteria and optional requirements. It brings a number of new features to our market, above all the possibility of being included in the SUPERIOR category. `Superior` stands for the hotels whose range of services steeply exceeds standards prescribed for the facilities of the same category.
