Hotel Imperial master chefs cooked for the President of the Russian Federation

The Hotel Imperial kitchen team was honored, once again, to prepare a menu for the President of the Russian Federation during his official visit to the Czech Republic. The gala menu was served at Prague Castle on Thursday December 8, 2011.
The hors d`oeuvres consisted of goat cheese in vegetables served with pear preservative and a nut roll and of warm cream soup with dill, mushrooms ("kulajda") and a quail egg. The main course comprised boar ragout with carrots and Karlovy Vary dumplings.
The list of beverages offered, among others, the Pilsner Urquell beer. The choice of wines included Merlot with attribute, grape selection of 2008 or Pálava grape selection of 2009.
