Guests of Hotel Imperial may use the public bus service and the funicular railway to and from the centre of Karlovy Vary free of charge. To use the bus service, simply present your printed room card to the driver.

The nearest ATM and currency exchange office are conveniently located directly at the hotel reception.

Standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is available upon request, subject to current hotel occupancy, and may incur an additional charge.

Complimentary luggage storage is available should you require it.
