Hotel Imperial offers six halls and lounges for corporate and social events, from meetings for 14 people to parties for 200 guests. The largest, the Concert Hall, can be connected with Restaurant Prague, Café Vienna and the Musical Lounge. For conferences there is the Cinema Hall with 174 seats; for weddings, the hotel park and halls for up to 150 guests.

What is the largest hall at Hotel Imperial?
The Concert Hall, with an area of 314 m². It holds 120 people in theatre style, 90 seated at tables and 200 at a cocktail party. It has wooden parquet flooring and a dance floor. For theatre-style conferences, the largest room is the Cinema Hall with 174 seats.
Can the halls be connected?
The Concert Hall can be connected with Restaurant Prague, Café Vienna and the Musical Lounge, so you can use several spaces at once for a larger event. The Musical Lounge is connected with Café Vienna. The Conference Lounge, President Lounge, Club Imperial and Cinema Hall are separate rooms.
Which room is best for a smaller meeting?
For meetings of up to 20 people, the President Lounge, which has its own cloakroom and toilet. For training sessions of up to 30 people, the Conference Lounge or the Musical Lounge. The Conference Lounge also has a wired internet connection.
Is there internet in the halls?
Wi-Fi is available in all halls. The Conference Lounge, President Lounge and Cinema Hall also have wired internet.
Can we hold a wedding at the hotel?
Yes, for up to 150 guests including the ceremony, either inside the hotel or in the hotel park. The hotel also arranges wedding services: flowers, a pastry chef, a make-up artist and an entertainment programme.
Is there parking for event guests?
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces right at the hotel and no advance reservation is needed. Parking is charged. The Imperial funicular runs to the centre of Karlovy Vary.
