• The participant of the competition can be a person who stays at Hotel Imperial.

• In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to fill in a questionnaire that is sent to the client's e-mail during the stay.

• The participant will be admitted to the competition after providing the hotel reception with his/her email address and filling in the questionnaire including the email field.

The competition runs continuously, once every 3 months the winner for the previous period will be evaluated.

Currently the competition is running for the period 16.03. 2023 - 15.06.2024. On 18.06.2024 the winner will be announced. Subsequently, the competition for the period 16.06. 2023 - 15.09.2024 will be held. On 18.09.2024 the winner will be announced.

• The winner will be determined by Hotel Imperial based on a random selection - a draw that will take place once every 3 months, the earliest draw date is 18.06. 2024

• The selection of the winner will be made electronically through a program that randomly generates numbers from the list of clients who have entered the competition.

• The results of the competition will be published on Hotel Imperial's website, at the URL https://www.spa-hotel-imperial.cz/en/competition/ , no later than the end of the day of the draw. The winner's details will include name, initial letter of surname and date of winning.

• The Imperial Hotel will notify the winner of the prize via the email they have completed as part of the questionnaire. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize by email within seven calendar days or the prize will be forfeited. The email from the hotel is deemed to have been received at the time of sending. If the winner's entitlement to the prize under this paragraph is forfeited, an alternative winner will be determined by random generation.
